Indianapolis - Prosecutors filed charges against a Wayne Township School counselor for sexual misconduct with an autistic student. They met at school.

Becci Hill worked as a mentor for troubled students at Sanders School. Right now she is in jail because prosecutors say she took her relationship with a boy too far.

Marion County Deputy Prosecutor Lisa Borges has every intention of holding Becci Hill accountable for her actions. The 32-year-old faces one count of sexual misconduct with a minor and one count of child solicitation.

Hill volunteers as a mentor for students at Sanders School. The school, located near the Indianapolis Airport, is for troubled children. Hill was assigned a 15-year-old autistic boy. The teenage boy is described as highly functional. But on July 6th, Airport Police spotted Hill's car pulled over in a remote area. Inside officers found school mentor Becci Hill and her 15-year-old protégé undressed.

In the probable cause and charging affidavit, prosecutors write about Hill's deviate sexual conduct. The teenage autistic boy admits to several encounters and told police when Hill has money, they stay in a hotel.

"She picked him up in her car, they went to a remote location in Indianapolis for a place they could be alone," said Borges. "She knew that this child was challenged and some ways and that his understanding might be limited. She clearly took advantage of that."

Prosecutors believe the 15-year-old, who has autism, is the only victim in this case, but they stressed their investigation is ongoing.

Hill makes her first court appearance Wednesday.
